Job Description
What you get to do in this role:

• Help with taking small to large IT Business Applications projects from original concept through final implementation
• Provide overall communication and work with all areas affected by the project including partners, business sponsors and vendors
• Attend Scrum rituals (Planning, Stand-ups, Review, Retrospective, etc.)
• Support project discussions
• Promote organizational understanding of Agile roles and to help teams and individuals transitioning from waterfall to Agile
• Apply consistency and best practices through project initiation, planning, execution and closing phases, promoting outcomes and benefit tracking

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:

• 1+ years of hands-on project management
• Experience managing projects in enterprise environments delivering business applications for one or more departments
• Experience with Agile traits and techniques: Lean design, accommodating changing requirements, iterations, loop feedback with customer involvement
• Experience coordinating with teams to create solutions

Flexible
nA flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week).

Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home.

Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.n
Remote
nA remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home.
