We are currently recruiting for a Project Assistant to join our Minnesota team!

 

Job Summary:  As a Project Assistant at Permasteelisa North America, you will be challenged by the unique nature of every project we create. You will be a key member of a project team that inspires passion, embraces quality, pursues growth, delivers on commitment and works with respect. If you are the right candidate for this position, you will use your administrative background to provide administrative support to the project management department and facilitates the coordination for multiple construction projects

Responsibilities:  

•         Compilation and submission of projects monthly progress billings and all supporting documents, including but not limited to: bill of sale, stored material back-             up, waivers of lien and change order log

•         Verify contracts are fully executed, electronically file and distribute documents to the appropriate team members

•         Acquire and compile all required subcontractor waivers of lien to facilitate timely release of progress payments

•         Coordinates travel arrangements for various departments

•         Assists with the enrollment of the OCIP/CCIP programs as required

Minimum qualifications:

•         Associate’s degree or equivalent experience

•         Intermediate skills in MS Office and Google Suite. Use of general office equipment

Preferred qualifications:

•         3+ years related experience in a fast-paced environment. 

•         Experience in construction industry and/or accounting background is preferred.
