Description Robert Half is helping with an exciting opportunity for an organization with a great cause in the Capital District of New York. Reporting to the Deputy Director, this position is devoted to supporting the technicaldigital aspects of the organization’s programming, document production, and online presence. Essential Duties Responsibilities bull Tech support for staff using applications in a Google Workspace environment – help be the tech-savvy resource of those who are not This is not the primary IT-support, there is a team doing that bull Assist staff with utilizing technology effectively (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, GotoWebinar, Zoom, etc. bull Help maintain the social media calendar, website updates and posting bull Program document production, formatting documents bull Complete logistic and administrative details as assigned Ability to a. Use social media content management programs b. Provide entry level technical support and triage c. Understand basic coding principles d. Format written materials and messaging for social media e. Meet tight deadlines Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in diverse communities Possess professional demeanor and commitment to high quality of service Education andor Experience Minimum education BA or some college and significant work experience. Administrative experience required. Ability to learn and adapt to new software. Knowledge of publishing and webinar software a plus. Passion for mental health education and advocacy, a plus.
