Program Coordinator

HGS - St. Louis

This is a Full-time position in Golden, MO posted April 29, 2021.

JOB PURPOSE:  The Program Coordinator Support Specialist for several programs works with Bayer Program Fulfillment Analyst.  The role will ensure Bayer’s complete satisfaction with program activities, including overall assistance in developing standard operating procedures, ongoing process improvement and daily activities required to implement programs.

The Program Fulfillment Support Specialist will create and maintain detailed documentation on program processes, timelines, and expectations for supporting Bayer.

Their responsibilities will include, assisting Program Fulfillment Analyst with collecting data, inputting in system and reporting.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Understand Bayer’s program implementation needs and guarantee Bayer’s satisfaction and active use of available services.

Monitor both quantitative and qualitative operational performance indicators and proactively identifies ways to enhance program performance

Develop, and continually improve, Standard Operating Procedures for efficient & effective use of available Services

Manage the ongoing client relationship by proactively driving communication.

Assist Bayer Team and HGS St.

Louis Team to fully implement programs.

Gather and compile information to create scope for implementing new programs

Allocate resources and removes obstacles

Provide clear and timely communication throughout program implementation both internally and back to clients

Assure quality standards are met or exceeded

Minimum jOB Requirements: (Education, Experience, Skills)

Experience in business related field or equivalent experience

Minimum of 4 years professional experience in customer service, sales support

Ability to thrive and maintain motivation working independently

Demonstrated ability to strategically improve and/or transform processes across functions within HGS and Client organization

Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop work team towards improved performance

Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills

Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills to include presentation ability and interaction with wide variety of internal and external customers

Demonstrated time management with the ability to manage multiple projects

Intermediate Computer Skills Utilizing MS Word, Excel (including V-look up and formulas), PowerPoint and Access

SAP and SalesForce experience or equivalent CRM experience, recommended
