Junior Achievement will reach over 45,000 students this year with relevant, hands-on learning experiences that teach young people to manage their money, plan for their economic future, own their own businesses, and develop readiness for careers or college.

POSITION CONCEPT:
The Program Coordinator will operate within established procedures and guidelines to assist the Education department by providing administrative support in areas related to programs and other projects as needed.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide program support including class confirmations, volunteer confirmations, new volunteer training, volunteer/teacher startups, and service calls.
Ensures accuracy and efficiency in inputting information in a BCRM database and excel spreadsheets.
Manage Google sites, analytics and other web based resources.
Order, coordinate tracking, distribution, and inventory of program materials.
Greet visitors and answer phones as needed; provide customer service and support.
Maintains security by monitoring building admittance sign in.
Provide phone and email communication to volunteers, teachers, and community members.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Other projects as required.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCED REQUIRED:
Associates degree or equivalent experience.
High-level of comfort, literacy, efficiency and enjoyment in data entry work.
Interpersonal and organization planning skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Self-motivation in a fast-paced environment.
Spanish speaking (bilingual) is preferred but not required.
