Here, you will make an impact by:* Ensuring you own safety by following all related policies.* Maintaining an appropriate productivity target as determined through machine rates.* Performing tests at a high quality of standards set by quality specifications.* Supporting the team when packing out finished or semi-finished products.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:* Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)* Willing to work 8, 10, 12 hour rotating shift depending on shift availability, overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.Travel: NARelocation: Is not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life
