Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on an occasional basis.* Teamwork: Ability to work independently and in a team empowerment culture.* Adaptability: Highly flexible with the ability to adjust to the demands of the job, produce high quality work, and can be depended on to complete assigned tasks. Must be a self-starter.* Communication: Ability to communicate well with others and able to lead team meetings.* Attendance: Superior attendance record.* Experience: Some manufacturing experience and consistent work history preferred.* Other: Applicants must pass background check, physical/drug screen.* Hours: Must be available for rotation shifts, overtime, and job family rotation.Responsibilities/Requirements:* Follows all safety rules and procedures; attends and participates in daily crew safety.* Learn the layout of the mill and gain knowledge of the papermaking process.* Cleans up areas of the mill (stock off floor, slab paper, and other cleaning assignments); assists as general labor on equipment shutdowns.* Works as a team with fellow operators on a variety of production responsibilities and problem-solving scenarios.* Train to load and unload raw material and finished product.* Assists with paper machine problems.* Completes other tasks as requested by supervisor.Salary:Starting rate is $17.19#revealyourpotential #LifeAtCascadesCascades believes in the success of an inclusive organization that values diversity within its team.
