Production Operator

Adecco is hiring immediately for Production Operator jobs at a local client in Ringwood, IL.

Production Operators do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with pay at $19.73/hr, plus available overtime.

As a Production Operator, you will Operate a variety of automated and Manuela manufacturing equipment including mixing/blending, granulation, bagging, and extrusion equipment.

Perform Manufacturing practices and standards, assist with any additional tasks as assigned.

Description: Verify raw materials being used are correct per batch documentation, and finished goods are properly packaged and labeled per documentation Store/transfer materials and supplies by hand, or with the assistance of a powered industrial lift (seated or standing forklift) Perform various quality control tests and draw relevant conclusions to make needed adjustment to process operations Participate and complete company-required training program Observe all Environmental, Health and Safety standards set forth by the Company.

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED with at least 2 yeas of prior experience working in a manufacturing environment (chemical industry experience highly preferred) Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions Ability to stand and/or walk for entire shift Strong mechanical aptitude and reasoning skills to troubleshoot process operations.

Willing and able to operate both seated and standing forklifts Previous experience operating extruders What’s in this for you?

– 7am-7:15pm with possible rotation.
