As a Production Line Operator you will be a part of an integral team operating preparing and arranging materials, melting cocoa butter, dumping cocoa powders, cleaning and any other duties as requested by the supervisor.

Overview of the Production Line Operator role * Observe all safety, sanitation, GMP and HACCP requirements* Prepare raw materials including melting cocoa butter, pumping oils, lecithin anddumping cocoa powders.

* Clean magnets and document HACCP.* Cross train to perform functions of Level 2 Line Operator.

Who makes a Good Production Line Operator * Able to stand for 12 hours, push, bend, pull.* Work in hot temperatures* Previous machine operating, warehouse or production 1 year experience is a must.* Reliable transportation* Good attendance and communication.* Good work history* Likes to work on a team* Ability to stand on concrete floor* Bend, squat, stretch, reach; frequently* Ability to climb stairs, often* Must be able to lift minimum of 50lbs, often* Comfortable working at heights* Highschool diploma or equivalent.
