Production Lead

What we are looking for: We are seeking a Production Lead who is adaptable, diligent, and resourceful to support operations in achieving customer deliveries at our Ontario location.

Bring your A game to help us save the world, one package at a time What you will do: Work in coordination with supervisors to manage and achieve the daily operational goals Lead employees, ensure overall safety, support quality initiatives and business objectives Support employees by answering questions, escalating issues, troubleshooting equipment/operational issues, conduct training and perform daily production work in support of operations Maintain positive consistent interaction and behavior with all members of the team work to improve overall communication and promote a positive work environment Provide supervisors with feedback on process effectiveness and make recommendations for efficiency Direct the activities of the manufacturing team within the assigned area Support activities related to inventory management Support and comply with all company policies and safety requirements Conduct safety inspections and leads safety meetings Perform other duties as assigned What you need to succeed: 3-5 years of Lead experience in an assembly line manufacturing environment Forklift certification is preferred Experience working with small motors, conveyors and saws required Basic computer skills Basic warehouse practices and inventory management knowledge Able to work in team environment and communicate clearly with managers and peers Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking and organizational skills Benefits we offer: Health insurance (medical, dental, vision) Paid sick and paid vacation time off Company paid life insurance Additional life/accidental death and dismemberment insurance Short and long term disability 401k with company match EPE USA is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
