Description:
The Production Foreman will coordinate with the Production Manager to direct the activities of the night shift production department. This person will also supervise the night shift leadmen. Responsible for essential repairs during the night shift, prepares morning report summarizing night’s production, and will brief the day managers. This person will prepare and approve employee time cards, monitors finished goods inventory, and attends safety meetings. They will be managing 15-20 employees on the night shift.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Must have 5-10 years production experience. Must be bale to read and write in English AND Spanish. Must be comfortable frequently lifting or moving materials up to 50lbs.
