Production Engineer

Our client, a leader in the Medical Device Industry, is seeking a Production Engineer to join their team. As a Production Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting quality control initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Engineer (3-months contract)

Location: Wayne, NJ

Pay Range: $30-$35/hourly 

What’s the Job?

• Program Vision system (Keyence) and Keyence Optical Comparator for inspection at QCRI.
• Author IQ protocol, report, and Test method Validation protocol and report.
• Conduct Measurement System Analysis to ensure quality standards.
• Train QCRI operators on how to effectively use the vision system.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance production processes and quality assurance.

What’s Needed?

• Knowledge of programming Vision system (Keyence) and Keyence Optical Comparator.
• Previous experience with authoring protocols, reports, and engineering studies.
• Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and GDP (Good Documentation Practices).
• Experience working in QCRI and with vision systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
