Our portfolio of national and super-regional brands and licensed products includes Hood, Heluva Good, Lactaid, Blue Diamond Almond Breeze, Planet Oat, Hershey’s Milk & Milkshakes and more.Skills essential to perform job:* · Excellent communication – verbal and written* · Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher* · Able to anticipate and solve routine problems* · Capable of handling multiple time sensitive assignments simultaneously with strong sense of urgency* · Able to handle confidential information and communications* · Able to work independently and confidently within established procedures and minimal supervision* · Ability to handle wide range of administrative and support-related tasks involving clerical, administrative function, research, and management* · Represent HP Hood professionally and reinforce a positive brand imageGeneral responsibilities to include:* · Enter A/P invoices into SAP, trouble shoot and follow up on A/P issues and requests* · Request new vendor set up as needed* · Knowledge of office equipment, mail, and express shipping processes* · Answer phone and take messages, maintain company phone listing* · Backup for the Administrative Assistant position* · Backup for Operations Inventory Coordinator* · Back up for the Production Control Supervisor* · Maintain high level of confidentiality when working on sensitive material, information and communication* · Maintain accurate files and records* · Provide administrative support to multiple departments or executive teams* · Special projects / duties for your dept. leadership assigned: general office support* · Uses discretion, judgement and knowledge of organization to facilitate day to day activities* · Enter and balance finished goods production* · Adjust and accept batch tickets* · Balance and print plant shrinkage reports* · Update plant performance bulletin board* · Balance inventory of supplies used in the manufacturing processEXPERIENCE/EDUCATIONBS preferred- Minimum AAS with a minimum of 5 – 7 years’ work experience
