Are you up for it?The Production Associate will multitask between manual functions to create custom invisible aligners on behalf of our customers.

This position will be responsible for co-creating the medical device and ensuring that all quality standards are met through this phase of production while complying with FDA, HIPAA, OSHA, and other safety standards.NIGHT SHIFT (6P
– 6A) Responsibilities: Work with 3D printed arches Multi-task between light machinery stations in an assembly work environment requiring high attention to detailMaintain organized process to keep identified arches staged togetherMake intricate adjusted using hand workReview final work and check that all quality standards have been met before passing the work to the next Team Member for completionReceive aligners and manually perform a rough cut and fine trim using scissorsPolish aligners to eliminate all rough edges from the scissor cutsResponsible for creating labels and putting aligners into bags free of any debrisMaintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and proceduresMaintains quality standards by approving in-process production; recording quality results as necessaryDocuments inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality databaseUnderstand and follow guidelines to all established Standard Operating ProceduresDaily review of each shifts Production Quality Concern TrackersMonitor and observe operations to ensure they meet production standards as neededRecommend adjustments to the process or assemblySetup and verify the functionality of the equipment for safetySet up and operate equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing process and standard operating proceduresMonitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivityEnsure that all process standards are completedInspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer specificationsComplete all necessary paperwork for record complianceResponsible for startup and shutdown procedures Maintain an organized process to keep identified raw materials staged and loaded together Qualifications: It will really make us smile if you haveHigh School Diploma or GEDAbility to work in a fast paced, repetitive atmosphere Positive energy and work well on a teamBenefits are based upon employment status and eligibility.
