Production Associate

Job Description Looking to jumpstart your career supporting all aspects of an Environmental Consulting Firm? EBI Consulting is looking for a detail-oriented, upbeat and hardworking individual to join our Burlington headquarters team in the role of a Production Associate. This is a full-time administrative role and will support the daily activities of the Production department by supporting EBI’s Real Estate and Telecom business lines This is an entry level position and would be an ideal position for a recent college graduate looking to advance their administrative skills or familiarize yourself with the Environmental industry. Responsibilities Creating and editing reports (PDF files, paper copies and electronic copies) Assembling all necessary documentation to complete reports directly to clients either hard copy or electronically Generating environmental and engineering reports, consolidating reports, portfolio document management and to fulfill the administrative needs of EBI’s business Addressing project issues, such as missing figures, unclear instructions, missing appendices etc. Provide quality assurance by providing document/data management Maintaining production offices supplies Sending out Sampling Supplies Creating and redacting Sample Reports Ad hoc assignments Required Competencies Experience with Adobe Acrobat a plus Excellent verbal and written communication Excellent time management and organizational skills Attention to detail, proof reading & detecting inconsistencies Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where juggling multiple assignments and meeting deadlines is critical Proficiency in Microsoft Office products Ability to work independently to meet the needs of the business Timely, positive & professional conduct with a can-do attitude Ability to think to outside the box and adjust to change consistently Education/Certificates/Experiences Required Bachelor’s degree preferred Interest in Environmental Studies and/or Science Company Description As one of the nation’s leading providers of environmental, engineering, and due diligence services, EBI Consulting places our clients’ success at the heart of everything we do.
