Product Specialist, Custom Content
– New York Duration: Permanent Location: New York / Chicago / LA areas Start: ASAP Due to the current conditions and impact of Covid-19, this key position will initially work from home, until such a time we open our offices.
At the time of the local office opening, employees and managers will partner to determine the work site location in line with our Flexible working policy.

Your Next Challenge: Providing support for clients of Getty Images Custom Content product, a professional crowd-sourced solution for creating exclusive content for customers at scale.
You will pick up the conversations with clients after a contract has been signed, to help them through the process and ensure that expectations around content and timing are met and exceeded.
You will help them get the most value out of that product, leading conversations around creative briefs, the functionality of our proprietary platform, and the timing of their contracts.
This support will be critical to our renewal conversations.
You will collaborate closely with the creative content production teams, as well as enterprise and licensing sales, legal, and finance.
What You’ll Need: Experience in sales and/or content production, preferably 3 to 5 years Experience in account management with a range of end clients, preferably 3 to 5 years Consistent results meeting or exceeding sales targets and the ability to drive toward specific objectives Strong customer service and communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
– internally and externally.
Ability to build rapport with contacts and long-term relationships.
Understand their business direction; understand medium to long term goals Highly organized and can balance multiple assignments, managing projects and delivery expectations on tight deadlines Ability to be agile, remain focused and make decisions in a constantly evolving, often ambiguous environment Proficient to advanced computer literacy (MS Office Tools and preferably Salesforce) Extra-curricular activities, related degree, and/or work experience that demonstrate passion and knowledge for communications and visual storytelling Provides internal feedback to improve and streamline process.
What You Can Expect (Mental and Physical Demands): Frequent communication with others to exchange information.
Occasionally moving objects up to 20 lbs and frequently moving objects up to 10 lbs.
Frequent sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing; Time of each will vary.
Constant operation of computer and frequent usage of other office machinery, including (but not limited to) calculator, copy machine, computer printer, etc.
Constant assessment of accuracy and thoroughness of the work assignment.
