• Work across multiple phases of Agile software development life cycle within project to deliver strategic, Platform, Digital or Technical/Upgrade.
• Utilize experience and skills in software design and development to design and test complex software requirements.
• Convert Business requirements into detailed functional requirements.
• Manage and prioritize the Roadmap and backlog.
Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and report on progress against established milestones, metrics and deliverables.
• Ensure timely and effective execution of technology requirements supporting the business roadmap.
• Understand the vision, scope and scale of the products and projects and collaborate across different verticals and channels.
• Understand the release schedule and ensure Feature delivery aligns with and adheres to schedule.
• Act as a proxy to accountable executives and global stakeholders to model requirements.
• Act as change sponsor for incident resolution across channels.
Drive refinement sessions and develop implementation plans.
What we’re looking for:
Requires minimum of Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related field and 5 years of progressive, post-bachelor’s experience in the position offered or as a Programmer Analyst, Systems Engineer or closely related position, in the credit card/finance industry.
Demonstrated experience must include project management and the following:
• Agile Software Development methodology to develop software at all levels of software development lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, testing, development, documentation, and code review);
• Developing Business Requirements into functional requirements and technology solutions;
• Utilizing Project Management tools like Rally & Quality Center, to manage project requirements and Epics.
• Defining user stories, including acceptance criteria, to ensure execution adheres to development and quality standards;
• Utilizing Tealeaf and DTM/Adobe Launch/Adobe Analytics tools to gain insight into website user experience and recommend improvements and solutions and respond to production incidents/customer complaints;
• Utilizing Oracle PL/SQL and Toad to query data and perform complex analysis on consumer behavior and activity analysis to help in KPI;
• Writing test plans and test cases;
• Utilizing TSYS to condition data and validate test results;
• Executing Production Verification Testing (PVT);
• Utilizing ADA tools to test web and mobile interfaces to adhere to the American Disability Act; and
• Utilizing process optimization techniques and procedures to define and develop project workflows involving Fraud, Know Your Customer (KYC), and Legal and Credit teams.
