Must have skill
- 8-10 years of experience in the financial services industry supporting financial processes
- 3-4 years of experience in the area as Product Owner or Functional Analyst.
- Good understanding on the Financial Processes of Financial Office, process analysis and Automation techniques
- Good knowledge of Rally/Jira or Agile tool
- 3-4 years of experience in Agile way of working
- An ability to learn quickly, capability to identify business processes for right automation.
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills in a virtual environment.
- Good Client and Insurance Accounting Knowledge

Key responsibilities
- Work directly with other product owners, system engineers, program managers, developers, testers, and customers to define features and technical user stories
- Support an Agile Software Development process, working in conjunction with end users / stakeholders and technical delivery team
- Work closely with counterparts in Product Management to align on the vision, program backlog, and roadmap
- Acting as stakeholder of specific product backlog items, work closely with development teams to ensure the output to be aligned with expectations
- Being the voice of the customer and providing a business perspective on value during day-to-day development
- Work with a diverse set of contractor and government personnel to track, manage, and resolve technical issues
- Ensures user stories are “ready” for development to start work.
- Ensures each story has the correct acceptance criteria.
- Gathers, manages, and prioritizes the product backlog.
- Has technical product knowledge or specific domain expertise.
- Contributes to the work of the Product Manager as they define a product differentiation strategy.
- Tracks progress towards the release of a product.
