We are searching for a Salesforce Product Analyst to join the Freddie Mac Salesforce team.
Your Work Falls into Three Primary Categories: Connecting business need with technology Responsible for connecting business goals and challenges and for overall design of solutions in Salesforce.com.
Is part of discovery sessions with key stakeholders to understand Freddie Mac’s business goals, success metrics, needs/pain points, processes and requirements.
Analyzes and maps Salesforce capabilities to solve business challenges.
Explains complex technology concepts in simple language.
Partnership Demonstrates Salesforce and extended AppExchange apps that can fit our needs.
Share best practices.
Partners with IT, System Admins and other SMEs to design solutions that will deliver maximum value with focus on configuration and minimum customization (complex code) Partners with Customer Success team to design end-user training materials and go-live support, as needed.
Execution Writes user stories and requirements
– deep attention to detail is a must Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, product roadmaps and applications available from 3rd parties on the Salesforce AppExchange.
Qualifications Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of professional experience Bachelor’s degree 3 years of direct experience as Product Analyst in technology-based solutions Salesforce Administrator Certification required Strong understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts and how they influence design Excellent analytical, technology, communication, and problem-solving skills Enjoys working in a team environment Keys to success in the role: The Salesforce Product Analyst will need a strong technical and communications background.
They will be working closely with a Product Owner, liaising between business and technology to enable efficiencies and insights.
Salesforce Certifications required.
The candidate must demonstrate deep technical knowledge of Salesforce and its capabilities, track record of partnering for solutions, a willingness to help drive change.
