The Scheduler would coordinate and schedule HVAC inspections for our field Quality Assurance staff.
They will work closely and communicate constantly with other departments with-in the company.
The Schedulers are responsible for keeping the field Quality Assurance staff’s schedule full on a daily basis.As a secondary job duty, the scheduler will also receive phone calls from HVAC technicians, enter data into a computer diagnostic program, and give specific feedback based on generated diagnostic information.
We are looking for someone who can prioritize duties as they come in and work well under pressure.
Must have experience with computers and profieciency using Excel spreadsheets and word processing programs.
The ability to type accurately, is essential.
