CTG is currently seeking aProcess and Metrics Analystfor a premiere client located in the Durham, NC area.
This is a W2 Contract position that offers a comprehensive compensation package with medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and much more.
Job Responsibilities and Experience Requirements:
Maintain and operationalize the IT Process Management Framework in alignment to the IT Operating Model
Support development and publication of the central repository for IT Processes.
Ensure current processes are maintained and new processes are published in compliance to Process Management guidelines.
Review process workflows for improvements and automation
Engage with the Community of Practices/Governance teams to facilitate/support process workflow modeling in order to collaborate on continual improvements.
Engagement with Tools Management Teams to drive customizations based on Process Improvement
Conduct process audits/maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or concerns and identify issues/risks.
Report inconsistencies and non-compliance to relevant stakeholders
Develop and report on process compliance, maturity and improvement for all IT processes and create executive summary reports.
Follow-up with on progress of action plans from these reports and provide updates on status periodically
Support development and publication of the Metrics Framework & IT Scorecard
Produce accurate and standardized reporting with key insights to communicate operational performance to IT leadership and relevant stakeholders
Develop and maintain dashboards and on-demand reporting to IT leadership/relevant stakeholders and support analysis of KPIs/metrics.
Collaborate with functional areas within IT while designing dashboards
Support analysis of KPIs to provide assessment for process/ operational performance
Prepare presentations for leadership and key stakeholders that appropriately communicates data-driven results to executives
Support review and validation of performance improvements with data captured and quantify benefits realized
Experienced in using key methodologies such as ITIL, Six Sigma, Agile, SDLC, PMBOK
Experienced with tools such as PowerBI for creating data visualization
