Full timeDirect hire Edison, NJ DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Create and maintain excellent relationships with the compounding in operating personnel and management team 2. Collaborate closely with the RD team to understand new product processes, and effectively manage and convert this knowledge into fully scaled products, processes, and critical parameters to ensure 100 safe and high quality production 3. Actively work with customers that attend pilot and first production to understand their needs and build your customer service skills 4. Technically investigate, analyze, and correct quality defects using a methodical approach to root cause and correctivepreventive actions 5. Monitor production output and create metric and offer ideas for efficiency improvements 6. Any other duties assigned by manager QUALIFICATIONS One to two years related experience or equivalent. BS in Chemical Engineering Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills Ability to manage priorities and workflow Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm Acute attention to detail COMPETENCIES Analytical–Synthesizes complex or diverse information Collects and researches data Uses intuition and experience to complement data Designs work flows and procedures.
