Promptly correct machinery malfunctions and notify the print manager. Oversees the starting and stopping of presses, housekeeping, catching, stacking the floor, cleaning and quality control. Utilize customer color standard charts and sample containers for color and print comparison. Lubricate and replace any missing parts. Clean dryer parts, presses and fountains. Notify Print Manager of production, scrap and fill out any documentation and production reports. Designate team members to prepare locations for an efficient machine operation. Notify Print Manager of any personnel problems. Give feedback to Feeder/Packers concerning their responsibilities to safety and quality concerning customer orders. Qualifications Mechanical skills needed. Previous Print Shop experience a plus. Excellent Attendance. Ability to work in team environment. Good communication skills.
