The expanding Protected Communication System (PCS) product line has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Analyst to join the emerging Tactical Solutions portfolio within Raytheon Intelligence & Space located in Marlborough, MA. PCS is part of the growing Communications & Airspace Management Systems (CAMS) mission area, the leading provider of military communications solutions for defense transformation, within the Raytheon Intelligence & Space business. Emerging communications products are critical drivers in the PCS Long Range plan, representing over $2B+ of growth. This role is a high visibility opportunity and will support each of the functions of PCS, including Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, and Manufacturing Operations. Responsibilities include cost/schedule control and analysis (EVMS) through monthly IPMR submittals, Quarterly Estimate-at-Completions (EACs), variance analysis, forecasting, and various levels of reporting both internally and externally. This will include JSA and IBR Government reviews/audits on most programs. In addition, the program team will work together to actively identify risks and/or opportunities that affect cost and/or schedule and provide proactive analysis of all financial aspects of the project. This position is an integral part of a fast paced, high performing finance team where tactical thinking, multitasking and personal initiative are key requirements. The effective candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all assignments are prioritized and completed on schedule with adequate time allotted for management review. These programs require the ability to provide top level program planning and control guidance as well as the ability to summarize, package, and present information to the program team. Required Skills: * Excellent computer skills, which include a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel functions (Pivot Tables, Lookups, etc.) * Proficient in APEX EV and working knowledge of the SAP functions * Professional experience of applied DoD EVMS principles * Good written and verbal skills including demonstrated ability to present complex information to all levels of organization and external parties such as audit agencies (DCAA/DCMA) * Ability to obtain secret security clearance Desired Skills: * Minimum 5 Years of professional Experience * Shows initiative by seeking ways to expand on existing practices and improve processes and data analysis. * Deep desire to learn and contribute in a dynamic and highly collaborative team-based environment. * Financial controls experience relative to multiple contract types. * Understanding of Raytheon financial and accounting policies and procedures * Raytheon EVMS Certified * Familiarity with Raytheon EVMS process description 10255 and EVMS Standard Procedures * Ability to communicate complex financial information * Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills * High attention to detail and accuracy * Continuous improvement mindset * Existing secret security clearance * Required Education * Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree (Finance, Accounting, Economics or related Business Major preferred) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or * An advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience. 188227
