High end, luxury, residential real estate company is seeking a candidate to become their Principal Managing Broker. Position will report directly to the CEO. This position will recruit, lead and mentor real estate staff. Position will have a definite impact on company culture, will share in operations’ responsibility and will oversee multiple offices. Company is well branded, utilizes state of the art in house compliance systems and is poised for continued growth in the market.
Qualifications:
-In depth knowledge of real estate brokering (Active Principal broker license)-Leadership experience (8+ years)
-Operations knowledge/experience
-Strategic thinker
-Strong customer service orientation
-Outstanding communication skills
-Degree preferred
