BAE Systems
BAE Systems Intelligence & Security designs and delivers advanced defense, intelligence, and security solutions that support the important missions of our customers.
BAE Systems has an immediate need for an Intelligence Analyst to support U.S Navy’s Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) Office and the Trident II D5 Strategic Weapon System (SWS) programs.
Key roles and technical responsibilities include:
Support the creation of an Intelligence Cell to provide all-source intelligence analysis and products to internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate directly with government customers to create policy, process, and select appropriate tools for implementing formal TCPED methods as a part of a Threat Intelligence Program.
Work across organizational boundaries to gather data to support a wide range of operational and programmatic activities, which may include: manage and track cases, conduct detailed and specific analysis, write official messages and reports, identify and address issues, while also providing timely guidance and support to personnel.
Have an interest in “connecting the dots” between disparate data points or discrete, all-source products in order to tell a succinct, compelling narrative that either: makes a recommendation to further the customer’s mission or makes an “ask” of a targeted audience to bolster or advance US national security interests.
Train other team members and potentially customers on the TCPED methods, to enable the effective integration of intelligence throughout the systems engineering lifecycle.
In addition to the technical responsibilities, the successful candidate will also:
Demonstrate the leadership behaviors to effectively communicate, coordinate, collaborate, and work in a visible and proactive manner across boundaries to deliver positive results.
Be a highly engaging, team-oriented, customer-focused, and self-starting individual able to respond rapidly to a dynamic programmatic environment.
