nnFT range between $45-$75K + 8% bonus target + benefits depending on experience.nn nn n nn nnPOSITION PURPOSE: Maintains essential files on pertinent price information and functions as data entry point person for all pricing inquiries.nn nn n nn nnDUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:nn nn
· Controls requests for pricing from customers by utilizing established guidelinesnn nn
· Ensures accurate pricing on POs and sales orders and performs adjustments on a daily basisnn nn
· Identifies and resolves pricing discrepancies between Purchase Orders and customer price file maintained in the ERP systemnn nn
· Tracking price management changes in Pricing Master Data:nn nn
· Manage pricing and reports in conjunction to the monthly Buy back reconciliation for distribution plantsnn nn
· Performs monthly audits on prices, rebates, discounts, and accruals information based on contracted customers timeframe (s)nn nn
· Resolving sales force ticket que request with in established service-level agreement (SLA)nn nn
· Prioritize and perform follow-up inquiries on urgent requestsnn nn
· Perform timely and accurate price management in Pricing Master Data:nn nn
· Loading prices, rebates, discounts and accruals informationnn nn
· Updating prices, rebates, discounts and accruals information based on contract timeframe (s)nn nn
· Ensure prices, rebates, discounts and accruals loaded and updated are created utilizing approved business rules and logicnn nn
· Analyze price relationships between productsnn nn
· Assist with the development and analysis of new pricing tactics and strategiesnn nn
· Assist in the rollout and maintenance of pricing toolsnn nn
· Improve data strategy and data usage by proactively identifying opportunities (foreseeing problems and bringing solutions)nn nn
· Provide expertise and coaching on use of the pricing system, pricing-related models, applications and reportsnn nn
· Analyze performance of existing pricing strategies and make recommendations to optimize pricing rules
· Assist Sales team with prices, rebates, discounts and accruals overview for their specificnn nnCustomersnn nn
· Perform other duties as assigned by managernn nn n nn nnSKILLS KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:nn nn
· Bachelors degree in Business/Marketing (related field) required or equivalent experiencenn nn
· 3-5 years sales/customer service experience in a fast-paced sale driven environmentnn nn
· Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skillsnn nnare required.nn nn
· Willingness to solicit sales via phone, email etc.nn nn
· Must be able to prioritize and perform follow-up inquiresnn nn
· PC skills including MS Office Suite, Tableau & ERP/CRM systemsnn nn
· Good proactive interpersonal, written, verbal communication and team skills.nn nn
· SAP Experience preferred.nn
