Overview:
This position exists as a key partner in our order management process within the Foodservice Pricing & Analytics Team.
Responsibilities:
Subject matter expert and point person for Pricing Access Sequence creation and entry into ERP system
Lead for updating customer pricing portals
Create and manage strategy of Bid pricing
Manage and execute Order Price discrepancy process to ensure of all pricing, discounts and freight/pick up allowances are accurate for all invoicing
Liaison between Pricing Analyst and Freight department to ensure all freight rates are updated and entered into the ERP system according to customer contracts
Create and maintain freight bracket adherence reporting to ensure customer’s orders fall within the freight bracket assigned
Manage/maintain an operator deal database to be utilized for trade analytics and to serve as documentation to assist accounts receivable in clearing deductions
Support internal audit requests for price/order validations
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
Strong cross functional team player
Strategic thinker with ability to execute and follow through
Effective communication skills both internally and externally
Strong prioritization to manage individual tasks and cross functional projects
Process mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel and Power BI preferred
Experience with SAP software preferred
CPG experience preferred
