The Expertise You Have Bachelor’s degree and experience in communications, design, marketing, or related field Professional PowerPoint presentation design experience in a corporate environment; knowledge of Fidelity a plus Exceptional time-management, communication, creative thinking, and problem visualization capabilities  

The Skills You Bring Outstanding attention to detail and takes pride in messaging through outstanding visuals/graphics.

Proven ability to meet deadlines, work on many projects simultaneously, and work in a team environment Professional PowerPoint presentation design experience with an understanding of the latest PowerPoint trends and designs Ability to distill complex problems and solutions into visuals, charts, and graphics that tell a story and capture the audience’s attention Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe’s Creative Suite Strong graphic and visual design skills Working knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies

The Value You Deliver Service as an expert for delivering communications that come to lift and tell a story Execute the delivery of high-quality PowerPoint slides and presentations that make an impact Generate awareness, drive engagement, and support defined business objectives Ensure consistency in voice and style to build brand Contribute to the success of change management strategies that align with overall business objectives Optimizing the operating model to maximize scale and efficiency
