The ideal candidate would be an individual seeking to focus on customer care in the healthcare space.Essential Duties & Responsibilities• Communicates to the patients in a manner that instills understanding and confidence about their post-procedure discharge instructions• Conducts follow-up telephone calls to patients after surgery and maintains record keeping accordingly• Handles all telephone communications with patients regarding post-operative care• Serves as liaison between patient, nurse practitioner, surgeon and facility staff. Requirements:Qualifications• Excellent customer service skills• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Displays considerable attention to detail• Time management skills• Multi-tasking and prioritizationEducation Experience• Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistants, Phlebotomist, Patient Care Techs all welcome to apply!• GED or High School diploma• At least 1 year customer service experience• Flexible working on weekends• Medical terminology preferred• Plastic Surgery knowledge preferredMia Aesthetics is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
