– Friday, first shiftnn nn nn nn Detailed Description: nn Under minimal supervision, reviews closed Mortgage loan documentation for accuracy according to compliance and investor guidelines.

Coordinates a variety of complex tasks under minimal supervision.

Adheres to bank policies and procedures and complies with legal and regulatory requirements.

Works directly with branches and title companies to obtain corrections to closed loans in a timely manner.

nn nn nn Job Requirements: nn nnBasic Qualifications:nn High school diploma Minimum of 3 ys analyzing and/or reviewing complex documents.

Mortgage or Title experience preferred.

nn nn nn Other Traits, Characteristics and Experience: nn Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills required.

Outstanding communication skills.

Knowledge and experience with various mortgage processes preferred, including but not limited to processing and closing.

Customer service experience preferred.

Experience with NetOxygen and/or Unifi preferred nn nn
