We’re looking for self-aware agile coaches who can dynamically adjust based-on various, complex situations whether it means jumping into a room full of executives and then in the next hour coaching an Agile team.

A coach who can build relationships and work well with a team of coaches and client teams through continuously iterating and transforming the way people think, interact, and work through coaching and consulting.

Duties:
Drive and build a scaled agile process at the portfolio level for highly regulated organization that delivers both products and services
Work with the team and executive business owners to guide details and focus on building a high level of quality while embracing the big picture
Provide guidance on building Agile process and artifacts
Facilitate executive sessions with an eye on process and related best practices
Ensure Agile metrics are being tracked, monitor them for indications of potential problems, and assist teams to implement solutions to those problems
Provide guidance for the development of a sustainable Agile Framework

Skills And Qualifications
Experience executing and implementing Agile projects in large, complex, scaled environments at the Portfolio level
Deep knowledge of Scaled Agile practices and the ability to transfer that knowledge at all levels of the organization
Experience working with scaling Agile solutions such as SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, DaD, SoS
At least 5 years of progressive coaching experience in successfully guiding large-scale SAFe / Agile transformations
Multiple demonstrated deliveries of the SAFe Value Stream and ART Identification Workshop
Have delivered SAFe for Executives training/workshopHands-on experience applying Lean / Agile methodologies within software, infrastructure, hardware, and operational environments
Senior Agile coaches skills with an ability to influence at all levels from executive to delivery teams by example and work on command and control behaviors
Excellent conflict resolution skills, Facilitation and communication skills
Solid executive presence, focus on results, attention to quality and detail, and a team-oriented attitude
Able to take a pragmatic approach in coaching with the ability to adapt based on the agile `readiness` of the team you are working with.
Knowledge and experience using behavioral change methods (Kotter, ADKAR, Prosci, etc.)
Previous experience in management consulting and solution-based professional services
Able to work with minimal guidance in a rapidly changing environment
Ability to manage clients and deliverables at any given time through effective time-management and planning
Ability to work with diverse teams across different time zones

Education and Certifications
Agile certifications Scaled Agile Program Consultant (SPC) preferred
Proficiency with multiple Agile Lifecycle Management tools (e.g.

JIRA, Rally, VersionOne, Azure TFS)
Experience developing training materials and conducting training
