Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients
• Quality Standards including but not limited to weighing, appropriate prepping procedures, or any other food handling.
• Cooking all food that is produced in the kitchen
• Garnish and platting quality to Papa Boo’s standard operations guidelines.
• Cleaning and Sanitization of the kitchen
• Unloading trucks
• Food safety / FIFO
• Follows all Papa Boo’s standard operating procedures.
• Follow opening and closing checklist.
• Follow cleaning checklist
• Oven tending

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to move throughout the property (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for extended periods of time
• Ability to make repeating movements of the arms, hands, and wrists
• Ability to express or exchange ideas verbally and perceive sound by ear
• Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work with hand above shoulders
• Ability to occasionally, regularly, frequently move objects (lift, push, pull, balance, carry) up to 40 pounds
• Ability to turn or twist body parts in a circular motion
• Ability to tolerate exposure to heat, cold, chemicals, damp, and loud/noisy environment
