We strive to become part of your extended family and promise to treat each patient as if they were one of our very own.Client Advocate Position Our Client Advocates are motivated, passionate customer relations experts working for our rapidly expanding practice.
They work directly with our clients to ensure that their needs and their pets needs are being met with excellent customer service.
Daily tasks include scheduling appointments, triaging pet appointments based on urgency, cash handling, and communicating with and between clients and other veterinary staff.
This is a fast-paced environment that provides the satisfaction of helping pets of all kinds and supporting our clients through difficult decisions.Required Skills: Above-average customer service and hospitality, cash handling, general office experience, phone experience, computer skills, time management, self-motivation, organization, basic cleaning, Microsoft Office, basic math, and adaptability in fast-paced and high stress environment.
