As a CNA Trainee at our Center, you will work as a Personal Care Assistant while receiving in-house classroom and on-the-job training, that will help you achieve your goal of becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). You will provide care and assistance to residents and patients while shadowing and learning, which will qualify you to sit for the state Board’s CNA exam. Once you complete and pass the state’s exam and obtain your CNA certification, your job title will officially change to CNA AND WE WILL COVER THE COST OF THE EXAM! Qualifications

• No minimum education requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must be willing to commit and complete 16 hours of in-house education and an in-house shadowing program within 4 months from date of hire
