We are seeking a Part Time Studio Admin to assist with the daily operation of our studio in Atlanta, GA!
This position will have the opportunity to work directly with our Vice President of Creative and our Creative Director.
We are looking for someone with key attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment!

Responsibilities: * Support to design studio which includes coordinating schedules/updating calendar, planning, ordering supplies and hosting of meetings/events for VP of Creative/PD.* Assist in making domestic and international travel arrangements and completing expense summaries upon request.* Prepare, edit and generate correspondence, presentations, reports and spreadsheets as needed.* May assist in presentation preparations: take photos, help prepare prototypes, assist with packing & shipping.* Keep organized filing of all studio expenses; freelancer invoices, purchased artwork and supplies.* Additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications: * Highly organized and strong attention to detail.* Executed tasks timely and with accuracy.* Effectively working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with rapidly shifting priorities.* Experience in administrative support role or similar experience is ideal.* Should have expert working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with exceptional focus on Excel and Power Point.* Professional and strong written and verbal communication skills.
