Boston Area Law firm is seeking a Remote Part-Time Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join its practice group.
Duties/requirements
Commercial Real Estate Paralegal will draft closing loan documents and represent clients in real estate matters including commercial real estate lending, construction lending, reviewing title and survey.
Review due diligence documents Draft closing agenda 3 years minimum of real estate experience Excellent writing, research, negotiation and communication skills Work well with a team in a fast-paced environment Ability to work remote Attention to detail
