Disney Parks, Experiences and Products’ (DPEP) strategic goals include sustaining growth across franchise portfolio and expanding a franchise management approach across our businesses and regions.
We want to create an aligned Franchise strategy to create measurable value against established goals for DPEP and the enterprise.
To accomplish this vision, the DPEP Franchise Strategy team’s remit is to identify opportunities and gaps across our Franchises, provide prioritization, promote understanding, and support Franchise programs across the DPEP portfolio.ROLE OVERVIEW: The Coordinator, DPEP Franchise will implement the daily operations of the function, partnering across the team to support the franchise strategies.
You will be an essential member of the DPEP Franchise organization, is based in Central Florida, and reports to the Manager, Franchise Strategy.Responsibilities : Manage cross-functional meetings (franchise councils, mobilization meetings, etc.) that involve a broad-range of executive partners across The Walt Disney Company, including scheduling, communicating agendas, and capturing and disseminating notes/important outcomes and timing.Organize and participate in team brainstorms and knowledge-sharing sessions.Support Manager, Franchise Strategy in developing project plans, tools and strategies that create commercial opportunity across DPEP lines of business, and being responsible for tracking a variety of deliverables.Be the essential contact for presentations and recurring deliverables, such as Studio recap reports, cross-DPEP franchise strategies, and mobilization strategies.
(Proficiency in PowerPoint and Keynote is mandatory.)Use team collaboration tools (Box, Slack, GoogleDocs) to create record-keeping, communication, and efficiency.Communicate with Franchise LOB teams across DPEP to collect important information, such as inputs to the calendar tool, Studio recap reports, mobilization strategies, or other several deliverables.Manage ad hoc projects.Basic Qualifications : 2 years of work experience in Marketing or Brand Management.Have an entrepreneurial spirit and be a self-starter.Organizational and project management skills.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Resourceful, creative, and responsive to change.Demonstrate strategic, creative, and analytical thinking.Experience with Outlook, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Word, Keynote, Box, and Slack.Required Education : Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fieldAdditional Information : Benefits and Perks: Disney offers a rewards package to help you live your best life.
