Overnight Guest Services Runner

SummitCove Property Management is looking for good folks to join our team.

This role is really a jack of all trades, we go and help out wherever we need it, this could be letting guests or owners in after they lock themselves out, delivering new supplies, replacing guest amenities, helping guests use the TV and internet after a long day of travel….

we might need to and clean something or fix something that breaks, really whatever our guests and team members need to help our customers have a great time in their homes!

We manage privately owned homes whose owners have hired us to take care of their homes and their families and guests.

We normally schedule this to be a 9PM
– 7AM or 11PM to 7AM shift.

The ideal candidate will have a background in housekeeping, maintenance or general labor.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
General labor such as delivery, guest services, property inspections, TV issues etc.
Operating TV’s and computers is a must.
Project work in and out of properties
Assisting housekeepers in stripping and cleaning or inspecting properties
The aforementioned duties are not all encompassing of this position and are meant to provide a high level overview of day to day responsibilities.

Starting pay for this position is $21.70/hour.

Starting pay may be above or below based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.
