Details:
Pay: $18-$20 DOE Duration: Direct Hire Location: 100% On-site in Portland with the potential to work hybrid after training Shift: M-F, 8am-5pm with opportunity for overtime
Responsibilities:
Once a product is sold to a customer, assist with all aspects of the order management Purchasing and order tracking Research any lost items and correct the issue Track all order management inquiries through a CRM At times, may assist in answering and directing calls from customers Work closely with the internal sales team to stay on top of orders You may also assist with accounting team and month end closing
We are looking for:
2 years of related experience in order management is ideal OR; someone with excellent customer service who is willing to learn Purchasing, supply chain, inventory control and/or accounting experience would be a huge plus Reliability and great attendance Someone looking for longevity Experience using basic Excel, a CRM or an ERP is a huge plus
