Accountemps has a job opening in Manufacturing industry for an accomplished Sales Operations Specialist who enjoys new challenges and working in a fast-paced environment. Major responsibilities
– Deal with payment corrections and correct billing statements
– Maintains status and information within processing software system
– Bring up to date codes, status dates and loan information for reporting in case of need
– Organizes department-specific spreadsheets, reports and reviews monthly scrub reports

Job Requirements:
– Deep understanding of auditing
– Demonstrated knowledge of Analytical Skills
– Credit Memo experience preferred
– SAP experience
– Journal entries experience desired
– Microsoft Excel experience highly desired
– Ideal candidate should possess knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets
– At least 2+ years of Accounting expereince.
