Operations Assistant

VTrips, is a leading vacation rental property management company. We are currently looking for an Operations Assistant to join our team in Kihei, HI. This position is responsible for providing clerical support to the operations team.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Provides a high level of customer service to all guests, assisting with arrivals and providing community information.Assists with making reservations.Checks office email account and responds accordingly.Handles housekeeping communications.Oversees the purchasing of inventory.Receives and verifies supply deliveries.Performs other duties which may be assigned by supervisor.KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:Proficient in technology and general office equipment.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues.Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening.Able to give and receive feedback and constructive criticism from a variety of channels.Self-starter with great strategic planning and problem-solving skills.Methodical about analyzing processes and systems to fully understand their functions.Proactive research skills used in seeking out opportunities to advance and improve the organization.Proficient in technology and general office equipment.Strong project management skills.Collaboration and teamwork skills.Leadership skills, like motivation, goal setting and monitoring progress.Comfortable in a high-pressure environment.Physical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
