Broadridge is hiring our next Operations Analyst based out of our Edgewood, NY office.
You will be part of the Class Action team and assist in various phases of application development and data support.
In addition to user acceptance testing, you will collaborate with operations team members on analyzing and processing client data within strict timelines.
This role will entail test case and acceptance criteria creation to supplement UAT testing.

Responsibilities Provide User Acceptance Testing support during application development Test Case creation and reverse engineer acceptance criteria when needed.
Implement and maintain UAT testing framework Support the Class Action Operations team in completing complex data processing and reporting tasks Researching and responding, in a timely manner, to tasks driven by Client, Claim administrators, Client service and Audit team members Data manipulation Producing ad-hoc data and reports as requested Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree, Information Technology and/or experience in the Legal field is a plus.
5 User Acceptance testing or BA experience.
Advanced Excel knowledge, ability to develop Macros.
Experience using database management tools such as SQL Server Management Studio.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products Ability to work under tight deadlines and work collaboratively in a team environment We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed.
This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely.
