As an Operating Room Assistant (ORA): You are an integral member of the Perioperative Team As an ORA, you will work with Surgical Technicians, OR Nurses, Anesthesia, and Surgeons to provide personal and environmental care and comfort to patients undergoing surgery.
ORAs are responsible for cleaning and sterilizing the Operating Room and OR equipment after each procedure, restocking sterile supplies, and transporting patients, equipment, and specimens, among other duties as required.
