OneAZ is searching for a motivated individual with analytics experience to join our team.This position will support company-wide initiatives, with a focus in Human Resources.The Business Data Analyst will research trends, analyze reports and data, interpret reports and have the opportunity to present findings.
Education & Experience we’re looking for: Bachelor’s Degree required, in a business, financial, technical, quantitative, or related fieldThree (3) to five (5) years’ related experience in data analysis of business operations to support decision-makingOne (1) to three years’ (3) prior experience with interpreting complex data, statistical analysis, and/or business intelligence requiredPrior HR experience and/or certification in human resources preferred (e.G., PHR, SHRM-CP)Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:Advanced/expert in spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation software, such as Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint, WordStrong understanding of database design principles and related software (e.G., Microsoft Access)Strong business writing skillsExperience related to diversity, equity, and inclusion preferredExperience with ADP or Cornerstone are a plus Our ideal candidate:Collaborates with HR and company-wide stakeholders in advancing OneAZ Credit Union’s mission, vision, and core values in execution of its business strategyOversees the analytical framework covering the employee life cycle, and generates value-added insights and recommendations in support of OneAZ’s members, associates, and the communities we serve A typical day might include the following:Collaborate with the HR team and company leadership to provide analytical support of business objectivesUsing data from multiple sources, create metrics, analyses, and reports on HR operations, talent management, and workforce dynamicsDevelop and generate key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, reports, presentations, and visualizations for leadership and a wide range of audiencesGenerate quantitative and statistical analyses to yield insights on the company’s total rewards and talent management programsCollaborate with HR team on data management, including ensuring accuracy, validity, archiving, and compliance with policies, procedures, and regulationsEnsure data integrity through quality assurance and data reconciliation on HR dataUse technology and automation to improve processes and stakeholder experienceSupport internal controls, compliance monitoring, and internal/external auditsPerform other duties as assigned Why join the OneAZ team?Our culture is one-of-a-kind!
