Omni (Fulfillment) Associate

Omni-Channel(Fulfillment) Associate Duties:

• Perform daily Omni-Channel tasks in the store including: Curbside Pick-up, Ship-from-Store (SFS) and Buy Online Pick-up In-Store (BOPIS) processes
• Participate in Loss Prevention procedures related to Omni-Channel processes
• Fulfill the company-defined customer experience by completing all processes according to our service level standards
• Assist in the completion of incoming SFS orders including picking, packing, and shipping orders
• Assist in completing daily FedEx Box Count Audits according to company Inventory Control and Loss Prevention standards
• Assist in the completion of incoming BOPIS orders including picking, pack, and staging the orders for customer pickup
• Support the Customer Pickup Process of BOPIS orders by retrieving orders from the stage/holding area in a timely manner
• Assist in the BOPIS aged order review by reviewing orders, changing order status in the system and returning product to the sales floor if necessary

SuccessProfile:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-3 years of Retail, warehouse, or shipping experience preferred
• Flexible availability – including early morning, nights/overnights, weekend, and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, push, pull, and lift cartons/bins weighing approximately 10-50 pounds each repetitively
