Responsibilities: -Order prototype unique parts from predetermined vendors -Order standard parts from array of vendors. -Submit Expense Reports into Coupa -Manage shipments of parts -Maintain group’s HP printers and plotter (Order/ Replace ink and paper) -Manage physical inventory of parts. -Keep records and reports up to date

Requirements: -Communication skills to act at the contact point between internal team members and vendors -Vendor relationship management skills to maintain professional communication with vendors and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction -Bookkeeping and planning skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint -Time management and prioritization skills to ensure efficient functioning of schedules and office systems -Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail -High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Office Administrator or Secretary are a plus
