Office Assistant

Baldwin Turf and Grass Roots is looking to add an Office Assistant to the team! This position plays a pivotal role in our day to day operations. You must have excellent phone and customer service skills. Hours will vary slightly, so we are looking for someone who is flexible. Job duties include answering a multi-line phone, scheduling orders, running deposits, and maintaining positive customer relations. Quickbooks is what we use, so experience in that is needed. Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
