Job Title Office 365 Engineer Location Fort Washington, PA Job Description The ideal candidate must have experience supporting Office 365 services, such as Teams, Exchange Online, Active Directory, SharePoint Online and OneDrive. Heshe must also have proficiency in PowerShell, automation, and optimization of client computing environment. The ideal candidate will identify improvement opportunities, interact with management, developers, help desk staff and end users and periodically interacts with third party vendors. What Yoursquoll Do Serve as an Exchange Subject Matter Expert to both advise and guide the customer and the technical members of the team on how to successfully navigate the migration process from the current environment to the new environment. This includes migrating to newer versions of Microsoft Exchange on-premises (201320162019) and Office 365 (O365) or Microsoft 365 (M365) services. Administration of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive. Ability to assess on-premises and Microsoft 365 environments, provide recommendations for deploying, configuring, or decommissioning services. Experience using PowerShell to manage, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 environments. Provide expertLead level Tier 3 technical support services for issues elevated from Operations. Diagnose and troubleshoot availability interruptions and other production issues. Train and mentor staff as a key contributor to the overall technical development of the team. Write documentation, including project plans, installation procedures, troubleshooting tips. Create diagrams, including technical topology. Thoroughly understand and comply with IT Information Security policies and procedures. What You Bring to the Table A strong understanding of Microsoft Office 365 products including Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, and SharePoint is a must. Experience in the migration process of Microsoft Office 365 is a must. An in-depth knowledge on Office 365 support technologies including Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access Policies, Active Directory, DirSync, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS). Excellent knowledge and troubleshooting experience in supporting legacy Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Visio, OneDrive for Business, etc.), as well as modern Office suites, including deployment and migrations. Strong scripting skills using PowerShell. Ability to research and recommend innovative and where possible, automated approaches for systems administration and IT related tasks. Demonstrated focus on team development and on-time projectsolutions delivery. Proven track record in adaptability, teamwork, problem solving, coaching, influence, strategic thinking, results orientation, leadership and change management. Excellent and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
