Pay Rate: $35.00 hr Must have one of the following: Former or current military or law enforcement experience Post academy grad with certifications Possess a degree in Criminology or Administration of Justice Must have permit for any two of the following: OC spray Baton Taser General Job Functions: C ustomer service, patrol, and recovery

GardaWorld Security Services is looking for Security Officers to fulfill different assignments for our clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities specific to this client site include, but are not limited to: Greet guests entering and exiting facility Conduct interior and/or exterior foot patrol Product recovery Customer Service skills Observe and report activities at an assigned site Ability to sit, stand and/or walk constantly (for up to an entire shift) Ability to work indoor and outdoor in a variable environment Climb stairs, ladders, or ramps occasionally during shift Respond quickly to critical situations Ability to read and write detailed reports Enforce procedure, regulation, and standards of client Occasionally lift or carry up to 50 pounds Other duties as assigned by GardaWorld and client contract requirements Qualifications
Successful candidates must meet the following requirements: Legally authorized to work in the United States At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements Demonstrate a stable work history A valid California BSIS Guard Card 40 hours of BSIS training completion is preferred Pass a background screening which includes, criminal background checks (local, state, and federal and drug test General Qualifications to work in physical security at GardaWorld include: Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
